Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and billing.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must reside in the United States with a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
