Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions with patience and empathy.
- Accurately document all interactions and customer information in our CRM database.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refund requests in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to management.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field (remote experience is a plus).
