Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, service policies, and new procedures.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work.
