Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems with 99% compliance
- Meet/exceed key metrics: CSAT >90%, FCR >85%, AHT <180 seconds
- Collaborate with technical support teams for complex issue resolution
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and skill development sessions
- Maintain product knowledge certification requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk experience)
- Type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- New Mexico residency required for local hiring priority
