Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and digital communications (email/chat) for New York-based clients
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Participate in continuous training and development programs
- Uphold company standards for data security and compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office space
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- New York State residency required
