- Utilize advanced CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) to document interactions and update customer account information accurately.
- Identify recurring issues and provide actionable feedback to the product and development teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere strictly to call scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical support and billing, to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computers, MS Office Suite, and CRM software.
