Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries using knowledge base and CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in company software platforms
- Meet performance metrics (call volume, resolution rate, CSAT)
- Collaborate with team leads to escalate complex issues
- Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training modules
- Participate in weekly virtual team meetings and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
