Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for Milwaukee-based clients with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, services, and technical support
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call quality and resolution times
- Collaborate with virtual teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM CT)
- Strong communication skills with clear Midwestern accent
- Proficient in Windows OS and CRM software
