Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AGI systems designed to exceed the performance benchmarks of 2026.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced Prompt Engineering and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Security Experts, and UX Designers to integrate multimodal AI capabilities.
- Establish robust safety protocols and alignment frameworks to ensure ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical standards for the engineering department.
- Monitor system performance metrics and drive continuous optimization for latency and throughput.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Deep Learning, or AI Architecture.
- Extensive proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects from conception to production.
