Responsibilities
- Architect and implement state-of-the-art machine learning pipelines and deep learning models.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Optimize model inference for speed and cost efficiency in production environments.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and MLOps.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development and machine learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
