Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI and machine learning pipelines for large-scale deployment.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced algorithms, focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI models in cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate cutting-edge technologies into our roadmap.
- Optimize model performance to ensure low latency and high throughput in production environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of machine learning principles, neural networks, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
