Responsibilities
- System Design & Strategy: Architect end-to-end AI solutions, from data ingestion to model deployment, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research into cutting-edge algorithms, including LLMs, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Infrastructure: Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) to support production-grade models.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architectures.
- Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, privacy regulations, and bias mitigation standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture.
- Modeling: Proven track record of designing and deploying complex models in production environments.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and drive solutions.
