Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Multi-Agent Architectures for complex autonomous workflows.
- Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for inference speed and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Develop and integrate RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to enhance AI reliability and knowledge grounding.
- Establish best practices for AI Safety and Ethical AI compliance within our systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into advanced technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI Agents, Vector Databases, and Edge AI.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade LLM applications and Generative AI tools.
- Strong understanding of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar agent frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and semantic search.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
