Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning infrastructure for the 2026 product suite.
- Model Development: Spearhead the development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision algorithms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and technical architecture sessions.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new tools and integrating them into the development lifecycle.
- Deployment & MLOps: Oversee the CI/CD pipelines and ensure models are deployed efficiently to production environments with zero downtime.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale systems that handle millions of requests per second.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
