Responsibilities

- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance with emerging AI regulations.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product management to define technical roadmaps and long-term AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale technical challenges in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
