Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure for the 2026 Initiative.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from data ingestion to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Research and implement cutting-edge algorithms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and model governance.
- Optimize model performance for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML architecture and software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions.
