Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust AI/ML infrastructure scalable to millions of users.
- Lead the design of end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, DevOps, Product) to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards for AI projects.
- Conduct code reviews and performance tuning for large-scale neural networks.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI frameworks and technologies for the 2026 roadmap.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow, Airflow).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLMs or Generative AI models.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
