Responsibilities
- Architect LLM Solutions: Design and implement scalable architectures for Generative AI applications, focusing on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and fine-tuning.
- System Optimization: Drive performance improvements in model inference, reducing latency and cost while maximizing throughput.
- Future-Proofing: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends (e.g., Agentic workflows, Multimodal AI) to guide our 2026 product roadmap.
- Data Strategy: Lead the strategy for data governance, ensuring high-quality training data for our models.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards across the department.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on Machine Learning and AI systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in production environments.
