Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced neural network architectures for AGI applications.
- Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and security.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to hybridize classical and quantum algorithms.
- Mentor a team of senior and junior data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Define best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and transparency.
- Publish high-impact research papers and patents in leading AI conferences.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Quantum Mechanics basics or experience with quantum machine learning libraries.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
