Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant neural network architectures tailored for high-throughput inference in the 2026 landscape.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to reduce latency and energy consumption in large language models and generative AI systems.
- R&D Leadership: Collaborate with our research team to prototype novel algorithms and evaluate their viability for production deployment.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Innovation: Proven track record of shipping complex AI products and the ability to think critically about long-term scalability.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
