Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Architecture: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 Tech Stack, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced Machine Learning models and generative AI into core infrastructure.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Quantum Readiness: Design systems that are compatible with future quantum computing paradigms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce high-quality coding standards and architectural best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP). Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- AI Proficiency: Strong background in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate emerging technologies and integrate them into existing workflows.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
