Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Sourcing: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering roles (Propulsion, Avionics, Software) specifically targeting the 2026 roadmap.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through networking, conferences, and social media.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering Leads to understand technical requirements and build precise job descriptions.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure our offers remain competitive in the aerospace sector.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent NextGen Aerospace as a top employer at career fairs and industry events.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in Aerospace, Defense, or High-Tech.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Software) is highly preferred.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Lever.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical professionals.
