Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of advanced AI models, focusing on scalability and efficiency for the 2026 era.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Oversee the deployment of machine learning pipelines in cloud environments (AWS/GCP) ensuring high availability and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Research and evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to keep our stack ahead of the curve.
- Define and implement best practices for ethical AI and data governance.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
