Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable LLM pipelines for real-time inference.
- Lead the development of Agentic AI frameworks capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into technical specifications.
- Optimize neural network models for edge devices and cloud environments.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, bias mitigation, and compliance.
- Conduct R&D into emerging paradigms like Quantum-Enhanced Machine Learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience designing complex software systems with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative models.
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams and driving technical vision.
