Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics policies and governance frameworks for 2026 compliance
- Conduct ethical risk assessments and audits for AI systems and algorithms
- Develop transparency and explainability protocols for AI decision-making processes
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI development
- Lead stakeholder engagement on AI ethics, including regulators, customers, and advocacy groups
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges and regulatory trends in AI and machine learning
- Create training programs to foster ethical AI awareness across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Computer Science, or AI with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Deep expertise in AI ethics frameworks, including EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ACM Code of Ethics
- Proven experience developing AI governance policies and risk mitigation strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills to assess complex ethical dilemmas in AI systems
- Strong communication abilities to articulate ethical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with bias detection and mitigation in machine learning models
- Knowledge of emerging AI technologies (LLMs, generative AI, autonomous systems) and their societal impacts
