Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Architect and define the strategic technology stack, focusing on Agentic AI, Generative Adversarial Networks, and Edge Computing.
- System Design: Design robust, scalable, and fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure peak performance and minimal latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect intellectual property and ensure data privacy in a decentralized environment.
- Prototype Development: Build rapid prototypes to validate new concepts before full-scale implementation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust. Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- AI Expertise: Proven track record in designing and deploying LLMs, Computer Vision systems, or Reinforcement Learning agents.
- Cloud Native: Experience designing systems for AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure with a focus on Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
