Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap for the Project 2026 initiative.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable AI and machine learning systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic tech stacks into current workflows.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to anticipate future technological trends.
- Mentor junior developers and engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and performance for enterprise deployment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, AI, or data science.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, and deep learning.
- Experience with high-level programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business goals.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to executive leadership.
