Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures that leverage Quantum Machine Learning (QML) principles for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to optimize neural network performance on edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, and security.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Quantum Computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks) is a significant plus.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing complex project lifecycles.
