Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Infrastructure: Design and implement the core architecture for Project 2026, focusing on high-performance computing, distributed training, and model inference.
- Lead Technical Roadmap: Define the technical strategy for our 2026 objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals and cutting-edge industry trends.
- Model Optimization: Drive the optimization of large language models (LLMs) and neural networks for reduced latency and increased throughput in production environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security teams to integrate AI capabilities into seamless user experiences.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous engineering standards, conduct high-level code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Technical Due Diligence: Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to ensure NeuralCore remains at the forefront of AI innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems from scratch.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex performance bottlenecks and architectural challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
