Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design robust, scalable, and secure distributed systems tailored for high-volume AI inference and training workloads.
- Project 2026 Strategy: Define the technical roadmap and engineering standards for the Project 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of MLOps pipelines to streamline model training, validation, and deployment processes.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a high-performance engineering team, conducting code reviews, architectural reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Technical Innovation: Research and prototype emerging technologies, including quantum-ready algorithms and edge computing integration.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders and collaborate with product managers to define feature requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing fault-tolerant systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project lifecycles.
