Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures for the Project 2026 initiative.
- Research & Development: Conduct cutting-edge research in generative AI and predictive modeling to solve complex, real-world problems.
- System Optimization: Optimize existing models for inference speed and accuracy, ensuring low-latency performance in critical applications.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce guidelines for ethical AI usage, ensuring transparency and fairness in algorithmic decision-making.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready features.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards across the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or software architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver scalable solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
