Job Description
Be the Architect of the Future
Nexus Horizon AI is pioneering the next generation of synthetic intelligence. We are looking for visionary leaders to join our elite Project 2026 initiative, a groundbreaking research program aimed at redefining the boundaries of artificial general intelligence and quantum-assisted learning. If you are ready to build the infrastructure that will define the technological landscape of the mid-21st century, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will not just write code; you will design ecosystems. You will work alongside the world's brightest minds to solve unsolvable problems, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and infinitely adaptable.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and oversee the high-level architecture for Project 2026's core neural processing units and adaptive learning frameworks.
- R&D Strategy: Spearhead research into next-gen algorithms, bridging the gap between deep learning and quantum computing paradigms.
- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to reduce computational latency and maximize energy efficiency in massive-scale AI deployments.
- Talent Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior architects and senior engineers alike.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, security, and data science teams to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise solutions.
- Roadmap Execution: Ensure Project 2026 milestones are met on time, handling technical debt and architectural pivots with agility.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent years of professional experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in designing complex distributed systems and deep learning infrastructure.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly desirable.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams of 10+ people through high-stakes product launches.
- Innovation: A demonstrated history of publishing research papers or patents in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and derive innovative solutions to complex, novel problems.
