Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Cognitive Neuroscience with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in neural networks or AGI alignment strategies
- Proven track record shipping at least two enterprise AI products
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures and federated learning
- Certification in AI ethics frameworks (IEEE, ACM)
- Experience with regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Portfolio demonstrating work on human-AI symbiotic systems
- Strong background in Bayesian inference and causal modeling
