Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and code reviews to ensure system reliability and security.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, implementing cutting-edge techniques to improve product performance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, deep learning, or NLP.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of MLOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus).
