Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and architectural planning sessions.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor model performance, optimizing for latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL.
- Cloud Expertise: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
