Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for production environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-gen LLM fine-tuning and RAG strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure architectural integrity.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale NLP models.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/K8s).
