Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 AI Roadmap: Design and implement core machine learning models and algorithms that will define our product capabilities for the coming years.
- Model Development & Optimization: Build, train, and deploy large-scale deep learning models using Python and modern frameworks.
- System Integration: Integrate AI agents into our existing cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless, real-time performance.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on Agentic AI and Generative AI evolution for 2026.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor model accuracy and system latency to ensure high-availability production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI/ML development.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with vector databases and GPU acceleration.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience deploying models on AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems using data-driven approaches.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
