Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures for 2026-ready infrastructure.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct in-depth research in Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning to solve complex industry problems.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency on edge devices.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to define technical requirements and roadmap features.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
