Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, high-performance machine learning pipelines and infrastructure capable of handling petabytes of data.
- Model Development: Lead the research and development of state-of-the-art AI models, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and ethical alignment.
- Optimization: Optimize existing models for speed and resource efficiency to ensure real-time deployment in production environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and frontend engineers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Research: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring cutting-edge methodologies in the AI community and applying them to our projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, with deep experience in frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Algorithms: Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures, with specific expertise in deep learning architectures.
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
