The Role:
We are looking for an individual who doesn't just write code, but thinks in systems and algorithms. You will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying complex machine learning models that power our core products.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for production environments.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize existing models for speed, latency, and resource consumption.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate them into our architecture.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production with high availability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
