Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows.
- Research and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance reasoning capabilities.
- Optimize inference pipelines for real-time, low-latency AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into production environments.
- Drive the technical vision for our proprietary AI infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our open-source AI research.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- PhD or Masters in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is a plus.
