Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Transformer and Diffusion models from scratch.
- Optimize inference pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput deployment on distributed GPU clusters.
- Research and implement novel training techniques to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate complex AI capabilities into consumer applications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and ethical AI governance.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineering talent within the AI research division.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Proficient in Python and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral) and RAG architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, optimization techniques, and parallel computing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
