Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines to reduce latency and improve throughput on distributed clusters.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in reinforcement learning, causal inference, and semantic understanding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Establish best practices for model evaluation, testing, and safety alignment.
- Lead technical mentoring for junior engineers and contribute to the engineering culture.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, GPU acceleration, and high-performance computing.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.) or delivering production-grade AI systems.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Ray) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
