Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for enterprise-scale deployments
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models
- Develop regulatory compliance strategies for emerging AI legislation
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI ethics and responsible innovation
- Author whitepapers and position papers on AI ethics standards
- Mentor junior researchers on ethical AI development methodologies
- Partner with legal teams to draft AI ethics policies and guidelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years' experience
- Expertise in AI bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and algorithmic transparency
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven track record of publishing in AI ethics or responsible AI
- Experience with cross-functional ethics committees in tech organizations
- Strong background in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
