Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design of scalable software systems integrated with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps and high-level system designs.
- Ensure system reliability, high availability, and performance optimization across global cloud environments.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices to drive engineering excellence.
- Conduct technical research and proof-of-concept validation for emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready infra, Edge AI).
- Mentor and coach senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with proven experience deploying AI/ML models (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and message queues.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and security best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
