Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI technology roadmap aligned with the company's vision for 2026 and beyond.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and robust AI architectures using Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native technologies.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives to identify emerging AI trends (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, AGI safety) and evaluate their feasibility.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and strategy.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and align technology strategy with business goals.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale technical challenges in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive leadership.
