- Architect AI strategy and implementation plans for 2026+ product roadmap

- Develop ethical AI frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of autonomous systems
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact analysis
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on cutting-edge AI prototypes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML leadership with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or computational neuroscience
- Proven track record of scaling AI teams from 5 to 50+ engineers
- Expertise in federated learning and quantum machine learning algorithms
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- Experience with GPT-5+ model architecture and training methodologies
