Responsibilities
- Architect and implement highly scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems optimized for AI workloads.
- Collaborate with ML researchers to design inference pipelines that minimize latency and maximize throughput.
- Oversee the deployment of containerized microservices using Kubernetes and advanced orchestration strategies.
- Drive security best practices across the infrastructure stack, ensuring compliance with global standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., edge computing, neuromorphic hardware) to improve system performance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on infrastructure and cloud architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, and proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Extensive experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Strong background in machine learning operations (MLOps) and data pipeline management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions under pressure.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
