Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing and model training.
- Lead the architectural vision for our AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research and prototype emerging AI technologies to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps workflows.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with 5+ years of experience.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade NLP or Computer Vision models.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools and data versioning platforms (e.g., MLflow, DVC).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
