Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI systems.
- Lead the development of robust data pipelines and MLOps infrastructure to ensure model reliability.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and generalization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize inference performance for low-latency, high-volume production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP and/or Computer Vision domains.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production and managing the full ML lifecycle.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
